Located in the heart of Beirut’s elegant Saifi district, this project resembles a city within a city with its 22 buildings divided into approximately 40,00 m2 of residential space, 70,000m2 of parking space and 10,000m2 of retail space with a total footprint area of 13,000m2. District //S has redefined the standards and norms of high-quality developments made by Allies and Morrison Architects by embracing a complete urban plan according to LEED requirements. Our scope includes the steel, stainless steel and joinery works.
