This iconic project is located in the heart of Beirut’s Central District in the Mina al Hosn area. It is a high-rise residential building that is comprised of six basement levels, one retail floor, a ground floor, and 26 non-identical residential floors. The total built-up area of the project is 110,000m2 and contains 130 residential apartments. Herzog & de Meuron’s unique design created many engineering challenges during the construction phase. Our scope of work included the Steel structure of the building, Stainless Steel, and joinery Works.
