42 superstructure floors

Located in the heart of Beirut city, Skygate is one of the most prestigious residential towers in town. The project consists of six basements serving as parking, driver/cellar rooms, a gymnasium, and two upper-level floors as retail space. 42 superstructure floors offer 55 apartments and several pools/greeneries. Our scope of work includes the steel, stainless steel and joinery works.
