This multipurpose iconic project is a mixed use development with office areas, retail areas and residences. The project consists of three basements, a ground floor, mezzanine, technical floor, and 20 upper floors. The project features an ultra-high-performance concrete perforated façade covering the north elevation of the tower. Our scope included the steel, stainless steel and joinery works.
